Wow...sounds like you've got him covered with the coupon book! Although the handjob while driving doesn't sound too safe.
 Maybe if you want to take a step further with your coupon book you can add in some more sexual favors, such as things you may not normally do, but would be willing to do. Really, with the coupon book the possibilities are endless. You could try searching on google for some more ideas, I'm sure you'll find quite a few. Good luck! For one of the coupons, here's an idea for you:
Look up crazy, new sex positions that you've never tried, but want too. Write down 4-5 of them on the coupon, and then put a little box in front of each where he can check whichever one sounds most appeasing. Say something like "One day to try new sex position. Please check which one YOU'D like to try" or if you can think of something else to say, say that. They don't have to be crazy or wild, or impossible to do. But, something new you'd like to try that you've never done before. You CAN provide pictures, but why not let him use his imagination

That sounds like fun. three fun things i've done were a little risky, but worth it since we didn't get caught. One valentines day we went out to an almost abandoned lake, which had a lot of bushy spots.. and we had some fun out there. The other was almost like on your list, with a blowjob while driving.
