All I ever hear from girls is that height is a requirement on a guy. Whenver you see any kind of list girls make about what they want their guy to have, being tall is almost always on there. I'm short, and I've really been thinking thats the reason why girls dont like me. I'm just screwed. I mean, you can't change your height right? I hate it. It totally screws with me all the time.

Yes, being short will handicap you, but it isn't insurmountable. There are short guys who get a lot of attention. What it does mean, though, is that your game has to be that much tighter. You'll get fewer free passes based on your looks. Still, lose the self-defeating attitude, act confident, and don't be afraid to be a bit of a jerk, and you'll see their eyes light up.

To be honest, I have never heard this one before. It seems like the girls you happen to know, may just be attracted to tall guys.

ALL girls AND guys have preferences and they get attracted to certain things, however that does not mean that they wont date a guy who is short. They will date WHOEVER they are attracted to. Being tall would just be a bonus. I wouldn't be so mad at yourself - frankly, you cant change your height. Now, with having that said, start to accept who you are. It seems like you have a lack of confidence - and to be honest, that may be the main problem of why you aren't in a relationship. The opposite sex can usually always tell when someone lacks confidence, and in most cases its a huge turn off. So the best thing for you to do after you accept the fact that you cant change your height, is to start improving your confidence and self esteem. I think after you do that, it will help you to an unimaginable extent.

Well I used to like small short skinny guys lol NO idea why but I just did . Now I just sorta don't care cuz I have my fiance and he is perfect in my eyes. Not everyone likes tall guys and not everyone dates people based on how they look. There is someone out there for you and one day you will meet them .

i think it doesn't matter how tall or how short ppl its what's on the inside that count or that's what i think
also don't worry yourself i know a girl whos like 5 foot and shes happier than any one else i kno

My best friend in high school was a 5'4'' ginger and ended up getting blown by pretty much half the girls he knew. General attitude matters a lot more than height. I think it's pretty much common knowledge that girls don't even know what they want, so I wouldn't pay too much attention to what they say. Being tall gives you a pretty big dominance effect, but it's not the only way you can express it. And I don't even think girls have any "requirement" that can't be broken.

Look at it on the positive side, I bet it's easy for you to keep eye contact and have good posture? Being below or level to most girls means you're keeping your chin up, enhancing the width of the jaw which indicates testosterone. I'm 6'2'' and I actually wish I was a bit shorter for that reason. Shorter guys seem to have a mesomorph (muscular) body type too. There are pro's and con's to every height.

Being tall is a quality girls will find attractive when they first see/meet a guy. But once they start getting to know you, they could end up loving your personality and could easily look beyond your height. So it isn't what is going to prevent you from having a girlfriend. Trust me, height is not always a deal-breaker for girls. Sure, we like a guy to be taller, but it isn't the determining factor.
My boyfriend is only an inch taller than me, and I'm shorter than most. Yet his height doesn't bother me one bit.

My girlfriend and I are very close in height, and she's told me that she's attracted to dudes who are taller. If you're worth it, any woman can look past that. The thing about attraction is that...you don't need every woman to fall in love with you...you just need one that matters.
