Opinions please? Regarding a drunk phone call

I don't really know where this should go but it involved my boyfriend so I'll put it here for now...
Basically, a few days ago my boyfriend's best mate rang him in a drunken state and was telling him some disturbing things about me. (I hardly know him). He said that I look really hot when having sex plus some other things around the same topic, but he also said that he would be sexually violent towards me when my boyfriend was not around.
Mind you, I am a virgin and I barely knew who this kid was until day.
Turns out he's in one of my classes and is made to sit next to me in our seating plan. He mentioned my boyfriend to me and that's when I saw his label an realised it was him.
I'm wondering whether I should request to have a change
of seat or not bother; I don't particularly want to hassle the teacher. It makes me slightly uncomfortable but I'll be able to live with him there. I'm wondering if I should actually be more disturbed or frightened by this bit I'm not really as he was drunk. I'm mostly just annoyed and shocked at him. Then again I don't know him.
Opinions please if I should do something, if at all?

Teachers are there to help you. Have your teacher re-assign your seat and they'll be glad to do it provided the circumstances.

Get your seat changed. Honestly, I would tell the teacher what he did and what he said. I get he was drunk, but he honestly shouldn't have been drunk in the first place and the things he said while drunk would have me a more than a bit upset, if I were you.

I would tell the teacher. If you tell her the whole story I'm sure she will understand.

I think you should stay in your seat for a couple lessons but as soon as anything happens ask the teacher to move you. Unless you are realy uncomfortable then you could move now.

I'd say definitely get the seat changed. If the teacher asks why...it is up to you how much you tell your teacher. You can tell your teacher as little as want or as much as you want--I agree with the fact that teachers are there to help.

Also...is your boyfriend doing anything about this? I think your boyfriend should really do something - as in at least talk to the friend and tell him to stay away and not bug you.

Let your teacher know that he makes you uncomfortable and you would like to switch. She should understand.
