I hope I posted in the right place!!

Title says it all mostly! When you look for a significant other, what do you look for in them?

I'll start! The biggest thing I look for is understanding. If I can talk to a girl and she just understands me, the rest will come easy. The very next thing is eyes. I think that if I like someone that means I'm going to be looking at them alot. So eyes are important

Then come the other things like chemistry, looks, etc.

Seriously though, it is the first thing that I notice. Of course if I notice that the face doesn't live up, I probably won't keep noticing it, but that is the first thing that catches my eye.

For me it's definitely their smile first, if they have a gorgeous smile I'm intrigued. Then after that their personality is a huge deal. If we can carry on a conversation about absolutely nothing, then I know everything will work out nice and smooth. Once I get to the stage of actually liking someone, their eyes become the next part that attracts me.

I voted boobs/muscles. I honestly notice people by their general shape first: not necessarily if they're crazy buff, but if they're tall, relatively thin or muscular, etc. I go for height and weight because I'm tall and I want someone taller than me, but I don't want someone so big they could squish me or so small that I feel insecure about my weight. That's just at first.

Chemistry is the most important though because it's rare you have an amazing chemistry with someone.

As for what I look for most in a guy, I'd have to say personality. Someone who is kind, loyal, caring, and who accepts me for who I am. Someone who isn't afraid of commitment and who will stay by my side and help me up when I fall. Someone who will support me and encourage me, someone who will make me smile when I'm feeling down. You know, the basic perfect fairy tale prince. Luckily the perfect guy for me is the guy I'm with now!

When it comes to their personality, I look for someone who's intelligent, forward, and kind. I really like outgoing and energetic people, and people who talk a lot. People who are quiet and sad and mopey really get me down, and people who are shy are just hard to talk to. It's also nice if I can have good, long conversations with the person. I'm not one who likes the type who gives me every single scrap of their attention, yet I would like it if I can tell that person likes me.

What I go for when I look at a woman, I try my best to notice the eyes first, then my eyes shift to see the whole picture. I don't notice the smile because I am a shy person and I just like to observe people. Someones eyes tell me a lot about them, just like the way they dress or what shoes they wear, etc., etc.. Depending on the angle I see someone from, determines what I notice first of course.

Smile, but probably face in general. Your intial expression tells me a lot about your. For example if I see someone in a movie theater looking bored at a movie I'm enjoying, it basically tells me that they're a different type of person.

It really depends on which part of them I am facing, if I was looking up when I ran into them or down, etc. Sometimes it's the eyes and smile, sometimes it's the whole face, sometimes it's the legs, sometimes it's the "assets." Just depends on the person and the situation.

Ooh, that was a hard one to pick! I notice all of those, but probably muscles on a guy. I can't help myself. But a nice smile and dark eyes really get me going (like my boyfriend has. Mmmm). I like a comforting personality and surprisingly, I don't want a man who is so manyly that he thinks that he can take care of anything and be all superman. I like a guy who has great music taste and I sure as heck love a guy who can sing. I think having brains is pretty sexy.
Not to mention dark hair...and.... some decency for women. I like a guy who knows how to throw out compliments and make you know that he's there for you and not just sex.
