There isn't really much, except talking to him. Have you made him talk to you about it one on one and face to face? I don't smoke weed, but I know I'd really hate to have to give up my friends and maybe he thinks if he doesn't do it they'll exclude him? so he's doing anything to please them. And if he does it a lot nothing will make him stop, my girlfriend chose it over me I decided to stay with her anyway but that's the kind of affect it has on people.. most people I've known anyway.

If he does want to talk then ask him if he'd go to drug counciling? he may just laugh and say they don't take weed seriously but weed is a gateway drug so of course they do.
