Possible Irritation Causes:
- Change of Soap
- Rubbing or constant irritation (during sleep)
- New pair of pants or boxers
- If you sleep naked it could have been bitten
- Bruised from mastur.. wankin' it
I think that it could be the soap or boxer irritation thing because that's happened to me and it's caused a burning pee sensation too. It lasts about 3 days on normal. Just don't bother it.
(If you are un-cut, make sure your washing under the skin too)
