This counts for anyone. My parents, my brothers, my ex-girlfriends (Some of which broke up with me because of this), random people i meet on the street, I usually look at the ground or far into the distance when im outside. Anyone i can remember talking to, I feel awkward when i look in their eyes so I don't.

It feels rude when i don't look at people when talking, they might think I'm not listening or something, but it feels worse when I look into their eyes.

When kissing, I have to close my eyes, don't know if this is normal or associated with this problem i have. Even when having sex, I have to look away when it comes to eye contact, and that is definitely the worst place it happens because I'm sure the girl feels cheap or that I don't care when nothing is further from the truth.

Anyone know what the deal with this is? I could really use some help.
