I don't think bipolar disorder is a personality disorder, so I don't get what the person above me is talking about.
Kids can be diagnosed with bipolar disorder, I was so I'm sure it's possible.
Do what the first person said, and ask them to do a test or something, they can't exactly say no, you're paying them after all.
