Hey there,

I am glad you decided to reach out for help and I hope that we are able to help you.

I think talking to your doctor about this would be a great idea because they could better help you find out what is going on. I know it can be difficult to talk to someone about these types of things but in the end it is always best.

I like Dancer's suggestion on how to build your self confidence; it makes a lot of sense and it does help. If you have one or more things you like about yourself to focus on when you are feeling badly about yourself it can really help because you can push those bad thoughts out of your head and only focus on the good. With time the good things about yourself might grow as well.
