Nope, there isnt anything you can do.

When I was 15 my mom cut all my hair off. I cried so hard.
Since then i've never been to a hairdressers for a trim OR let anybody else do it.
I wait about 6-8 weeks and then I trim it myself.
BUT for over a year I didnt have a single trim. I know, that sounds yucky but it's the only way I could ensure my hair was going to grow without any setbacks.

This way I went from having almost no hair to it being where it is right now...down to my belly button.

It took about 2 or maybe 3 years for it to get this long and everybody's hair grows at different speeds but maybe use that as a guideline.

Maybe take a course on hairdressing. I went to college to study it, that's how I know to trim mine now. I recomend that you don't try to trim it yourself until you know how.

Do NOT go to hairdressers...they WILL obliviate the length of your hair. No matter which one you go to or how much you pay them. They will always hack it off.
