Do you do any physical activity throughout the day? If you don't, you should perhaps aim to increase this by either brisk walking for an hour or so, or playing badminton with your friends/running/etc. You will be more likely to sleep as you've used up more energy.
Other than that i suggest staying away from caffeine, and perhaps listening to some relaxing music before bed-time.
& it's just like she's in another world.
