Hi Chris,
I'm really sorry that you're feeling so rough right now. I agree with Katie - it's okay to tell your friend what's going on. Or is there anyone like a relative or neighbor or even a friend's parent you could talk to? Telling your doctor about how you've been feeling is really important, too, and she/he should be able to help you figure out how to address what's going on to help you start feeling better.
Of course, we're always here if you need to talk about anything. Feel free to
PM me anytime, too. Though, especially if you're feeling like you might hurt yourself, calling 911 or a helpline (I personally like Hopeline, 1-800-442-HOPE) is definitely something to do. The people at helplines are also good to just talk to. Also, checking into maybe talking to someone like a therapist could also help a lot.
Hang in there, Chris. I promise, even if it seems impossible, there are ways for things to get better. It'll be okay. It's never impossible to get a life back on track, even if it seems to have completely fallen apart.
Hang in there.
