I think you should start listening to people if they say they care then I think they genuinely mean it. I know you can feel alone at times even when you are surrounded by lots of people who care about you. But you are not alone. The people that bring you down are not worth it; they don't sound like they care if they just bring you down. You deserve better than that. I am here if you want to talk
