Hey-

It's okay what you're feeling and how you're acting. It's not unheard of, really.

Does it literally happen all the time, or could it be related to your menstrual cycle? I know my mother gets like that before she has her period. =P

The other thing though, is some people are just overall more sensitive than others. It happens. But it's really draining on you I'm sure. I can say I cry when I see a drunk guy get picked up by police because I don't know if he's going to get help. Or I cry when I hear that people are starting a non-profit organization. Or I get EXTREMELY passionate about politics to the point that I will be leading protests some day, I plan on it. =D But I don't know if that's how you feel or not, I just want to say being sensitive is not always a bad thing.

If you're truly concerned, you can always speak to a therapist, doctor, or someone like that to just kind of tell you what they think, where you should go from there - if anywhere. They're extremely helpful.

A lot of people use drugs and other substances. Honestly, using drugs is the worst decision I could have made. But some people are okay with sometimes using them and using them responsibly. Such as not having to get wasted every time they drink, or being able to limit pot use and so forth. I'm by no means encouraging drug use, but let me tell you that smoking is extremely hard to quit (as are other drugs, but it's different than pot or whatever in my opinion) and is socially acceptable to lots of people which means many people will encourage you to smoke with them.

If you want to talk more feel free to PM me. You seem like a super cool person. ^_^
Maria.
