If she didn't have HIV and you both understood the arrangement, and you were okay with it, I'd have said sure go for it. You don't have to be in a caring and loving relationship to have sex, the world doesn't work like a Twilight novel.

But she does, and as such, it's defintley not worth the risk for someone you don't know. If you were in love with her, in a relationship with her, it would be different. But no, I wouldn't advise you to go ahead with this plan!
