Hey Crystal,

9 months of being self harm free is absolutely amazing and you should be so proud of yourself, I'm certainly proud. I think it's a really wonderful achievement and it takes a lot of strength. Beating those urges is difficult, but it must feel great to be able to say that you've done it and that you've come so far with your recovery.
