Hey :]
I think it's great that you have already come out to most of your family and I definitely think that the next stage is for you to talk to your Dad about this - but only talk to him when you feel ready to do so.
I would think that if the therapist is accessing you to see if you are ready to start undertaking hormones then he/she will simply check that you are OK health wise, and also check that you are mentally prepared for the effects of the hormones.
However, if you are to start taking hormones, then would I be right in thinking that your Dad may notice a physical difference in you? If so would it be better to come out to him before he notices?
I'm sure everything will go fine, and feel free to re-post with any queries that you have.
