I'm sorry, I know I'm not the first to post a thread like this, but I'm just pleased. I never ever ever ever EVER, EVER thought I would see the day when I'd managed to stop cutting....especially for this long. I was a regular poster to the self-harm free thread and I thought I was going to be a self-harmer for ever....stopping wasn't even something I wanted to do. But here I am and I've managed to leave cutting behind ~ I'm not going to presume that I'll never ever do it again, but I'm definitely out of the place I was in for six years, and I'm so happy.

So this is just to let you know that it's possible... if I was able to stop cutting, anyone can. Just stay strong.
