Covering my scars ... -

I have had a problem with self-harm for about a year now. Whenever I feel really depressed or lonely and isolated I cut. I now have a number of white scars on my wrist and it's getting harder to cover them up. A few people at school have noticed but most of them don't care. My family have started to notice too, they'll ask me what I've done to my wrist and when I shrug it off they just drop it. I know that they've guessed it.
Is there any way to cover up scars other than wearing long sleeves all the time?
