I think telling the nurse would be a great idea. I know it will be scary but they are there to help you. The nurse should be able to direct you one where to go and what not.

Don't let the ED keep you from speaking up. The thing to remember is that ED's feed off of the fact that we keep things secret. Opening up and letting people know about the struggle is one of the first steps to letting go of the ED.

If you ever need to chat feel free to pm me.

Best of luck,

Jenna

There could never be amore beautiful you
Don't buy the lies, disguisesandhoops they make you jump through
You were made tofill a purposethat only you could do
So there could never be amore beautiful you

Everyday
is so wonderful
And suddenly it's hard to breathe
Now and then I get insecure
From all the pain, I feel so ashamed

I am beautiful no matter what they say
Words can't bring me down
I am beautiful in every single way
Yes, words can't bring me down, oh no
So don't you bring me down today

To all your friends you're delirious
So consumed in all your doom
Tryin' hard to fill the emptiness, the piece is gone
Left the puzzle undone, ain't that the way it is?

'Cause you are beautiful no matter what they say
Words can't bring you down, oh no
You are beautiful in every single way
Yes, words can't bring you down, oh no
So don't you bring me down today
