OK, so I told the guy I liked that I liked him the night before. He didn't tell me at first that he liked me but like last night he said "I think I like you." But then he said "I don't know I'm confused." Not those exact words but something like that. Then he told me that he'll talk to me tomorrow night (tonight). He said that he wants to be really, really, really close friends...and that was it. He also told me in other words "We're bestest friends." I decided I'm going to move on because I don't want to wait around for this guy, no matter how much I like him...which is a lot.
