[WillO'Wisp]

My cockatiel is driving me nuts!! It seems lately everyday all he's done is scream constantly, well not scream always but he squacks over and over and over and even when I cover him up he still won't stop! I try so hard to pay attention to him, I take him out, I pet him and let him walk around and he's still noisy! I think maybe he's bored...we don't have alot of toys for him, I have a little box house in his cage since it's so big for him to hide in, and chew on, but he still seems all unsatisfied and bored, what can I do to make him more quiet?
