I'm worried about my sister (gambling) -

My sister is the manager in the pub I work in. She's there a lot on her own doing paper work, cleaning, waiting for barrels to be delivered etc. She gets bored a lot and plays the fruit machine. At first I seen nothing wrong with it, I mean I play it myself. The thing is she doesn't know when to stop and she's playing it everyday :| It obviously wasn't paying out yesterday but she kept putting money in, in the end she won £10 but put it back in, she then won £11 and put £10 back in.
She has told me she's sometimes in the house and is tempted to go up there just to play it :/ I'm scared it may turn into an addiction, I think it may be slowly.
She doesn't really listen to me when I tell her to stop though :| At least when I win something I don't put it back in and know when to walk away. What should I say to her?
