I would just sit down with your sister sometime when the two of you are alone, and let her know how you feel about this, and that you are concerned that this is going to turn into an addiction. Let her know that you care about her and that you don't want that to happen to her, and are worried about her. Hopefully she will listen and realize that she's been gambling excessively.
