If you want to sleep earlier, you have to have the mindset of sleeping earlier and adopt the habits of a normal, earlier sleeper. This means no eating after 7PM, eating breakfast in the morning, doing your exercises anytime before 4 hours before bed (if you exercise

), and just going to bed earlier.
Maybe it would be helpful if you went to bed at 8PM or 9PM rather than 10PM or 11PM for the first couple of nights to get your body to sleep earlier. I started doing that for the first week because I had trouble sleeping early and now I can easily go to bed at 10PM or 11PM and wake up between 7AM - 9AM without an alarm clock
I've also heard self hypnosis helps. I never tried it, but it's something to look into
