I study Italian in college ~ but unfortunately I'm not fluent enough yet to trust myself with translating this compeltely accurately for you. My mum is fluent so I'll give her an ask next time I see her, in the morning. What I do know is while the word 'dolce' can mean sweet, it can also mean 'dessert', although I'm not sure if the noun is masculine or feminine and I've no dictionaries to hand
Even if they don't offer Italian at your school, one or two of the foreign language teachers might still have Italian, or could refer you to someone who does?? It's worth an ask. But fair play on wanting to be completely sure about the translation, it is going to be permanent after all x
