hey.
im not sure if this will help you or anything but when i get the urge to cut, i take an ice cube and hold it on previous cuts and scars i have. then when the ice cube is fully melted, i go outside and run a mile. i tire myself out so that then im distracted enough to fall asleep and not do anything. im hoping that maybe that will help you just a bit. sorry if i didn't though.
