I personally haven't been in your situation, but I know you're definitely not alone in your struggle to find a meaningful relationship. All I can really say is... give it time. Keep meeting as many girls as you can, and spend some time getting to know them better as friends first. Yes, there is always the risk of slipping into the "friend zone"... but confidence in yourself is attractive to women. If you can maintain a certain level of confidence, charm, etc. then you're more likely to be seen as a potential boyfriend by your female friends.
