I read this pretty interesting article on, I think CNN's website, about "finding happiness online." It basically said what most of us already know--the internet is awesome, in moderation.
I've been known to get upset when my computer gets all screwy. A lot of my stuff is on here (music, uni stuff, TH stuff!) and even though it's backed up, I don't like for there to be problems! The internet is also the main way I stay in touch with people (friends from school and internet friends) so when there are problems, I can feel a little cut off.
Just remember that it's not healthy to be addicted to anything. It's OK to be upset when your things are broken, but try to spend some time outside and away from your computer. Or spend some time outside on your computer. xD And remember that nothing is a substitute for face-to-face interaction. (I'm not lecturing, I spend loads of time on my computer, I have to remind myself all the time that life OFF the computer is important!)
Someday I will be strong enough to lift not one but both of us.

I told you to be fine
I told you to be balanced
I told you to be kind
