If you mix cardio in with a decent diet then I think what your doing should work. But if you really want to keep those muscles strong you have to slowly increase the number you do, otherwise your not really getting stronger (if thats what your looking for that is). Good leg workouts would be some body weight squats, leg lunges, maybe some frog hops if you really want to strengthen your thighs. Try to mix in some fun into the workouts otherwise it is really hard to keep yourself motovated to keep doing them because the key is consistency. Usually I like to listen to music or go outside and do them if its a nice day just to change things up a bit.
