There's nothing wrong with being diagnosed with something, at least then you'd know for sure what it is you're dealing with. If you're having trouble coping with everyday life, whether that be getting out of bed in the morning or at all, friends, or whatever else then it's probably best that you do at least see a doctor. The way you've been feeling could be depression, a hormone imbalance, or maybe like you said, could be from whatever stress you've been having. I know that you said you don't want to take medication, but if you change your mind at all, it is worth a try. Meds can help you deal with whatever you are feeling, but with that said, they aren't for everyone either. Your doctor might not even prescribe anything to you, but it's definitely worth trying to get some help for how you've been feeling. Take care.
