Okay I finally got my new bank card through, after so much faffing about with the bank.
I really want to buy a CD, but my card keeps getting declined online. - I am trying to use paypal, as I know it's safer. But fuuu, it won't work. I tried it yesterday but figured as my pin hadn't come through yet, that's why it wouldn't work. So, my pin came through this morning [i know i don't NEED it to buy online but still] I figured I'd try again.
Any ideas what could be wrong?
Should I wait a little bit longer before trying again?
