First off, 5'8" is actually taller than average for a man. However the size you gave is considered "small". It actually sounds like you have a case of "small man syndrome" which is a psychological disorder in which a man is convinced he somehow doesn't "stack up" to other men. Be it height, penile size, intelligence or wealth. The thing is, more often than no the disorder is more unattractive than whatever short commings the man is obsessing about. Of course it matters to some, and this won't be an easy thing to overcome, but once you learn to stop worrying and get confidence you'll do much better.

Even though you're 19, you may be late on puberty, and you may continue to grow until 20 or 21. I would also recomend seeing another doctor or urologist as they may recomend hormones if you're not done puberty yet. It's uncommong for it to actually help, but worth a try if your size distressing you.

However also realize that average penis size is roughly 5-6 inches in length based on race, age, and location. So you don't fall that much below average. And many men are above average, and for every oe of them one man has to be equally below average. You're over 3 inches hard (meaning you don't have a "micropenis" or "external clitourus" so surgery is out of the question) It sucks that some guys have to deal with it, but it's life.
