Hey there, MJ.
Like Sarah's already said, anyone can have an unhealthy relationship with food. That doesn't mean there is anything wrong with you--what it does mean is that you're human, maybe there is something wrong, and maybe you need a little support with this. Have you considered talking to someone? Building a support system for yourself is just as vital as wanting to eat healthy. If you have a decent support system, you will have someone to confide in, someone to lean on when you need it, and someone to help you "keep on track."
It's okay to make mistakes. We all mess up, sometimes, but I believe you haven't failed until you refuse to try again. And I also believe that there aren't many things which are impossible. You can do this, and you deserve to.
We're all here to support you. Let me know if you need anything and take care.
Someday I will be strong enough to lift not one but both of us.
I told you to be patient
I told you to be fine
I told you to be balanced
I told you to be kind
