HelpLINK allows you to submit problems to be answered by TeenHelp's volunteer Mentor team. As soon as your request is given a response this will be emailed out to you. In addition to this, every support request is assigned a unique ticket number that you can use to track progress and responses online. For your convenience we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests so you can return at any time to view the responses again.
