Re: Clarification It basically means the person shouldn't have gotten pregnant. By saying that phrase they are saying they shouldn't have conceived because swallowing or oral sex does not lead to pregnancy. A lot of people will also say 'your mother should have swallowed' which means your mother shouldn't have had sex and allowed herself to get pregnant. It's not a nice thing to say in my opinion. |

Clarification [SIZE="a"]So this is just something I’m a little confused about, and I feel a little dumb for asking. What does it mean when someone says “you should’ve swallowed” to a pregnant woman/mother? Swallowing has nothing to do with getting pregnant, so is this just a common misconception or is it just a phrase people use or does it actually refer to something else? I’ve seen it a couple times and am trying to understand what it’s refering to.[/size] |
