Code of Conduct

I think we should have the Code of Conduct under the quick links menu, or somewhere a lot more easily accessible. I've been a member for four years and it takes me forever to find it (I actually have to use google to find it) so I can imagine how difficult it would be for new members to find. I know a lot of times new users come into chat or the forum, and break rules because they didn't read the Code of Conduct and although it could just be that people are lazy and skip over it, but if it were in an easier to find place then there wouldn't be an excuse.
