A reason for a "deactivation" option

For days and days, I explored the internet to find a way to post a blog/blogs about some tough situations I went through, in seek of help.
I came across this website, "www.TeenHelp.org" and I am very thankful for the help I received and was pleased
with this site. I now want to delete/deactivate my account,
I asked several members how to and they said I can't delete it.

There are a couple reasons why I want to delete my account.

1. Shortly after making my account, I have received a phone call and a text from a different girl each time
looking for someone else and got my number by mistake. I'm not sure if it's because of this account or not, either way it's quite strange.

2. Privacy concerns: hoping to deactivate my account in case anyone that knows me and sees my blogs,
tries ruining my reputation by telling many people. I know I shouldn't be scared, but this is a possibility and it would be a HUGE nightmare!

As a registered member, I know that me, along with everyone else, has put their problems out there to seek advice.
I understand that this site was created to help and be helped and whatever responsibilities you have comes into play.
Hopefully though, upon privacy concerns and fears I would appreciate the option for deactivating your own account.
If this is an issue to many people or many disagree, however, I really would feel much relief and joy if someone in charge
of this site could delete my account if they feel I have given good reason for.

Kind Regards,
Jenny
