Re: It's been a year. Time to get over this.

Hey, I'm in a similar situation with my ex-boyfriend. We dated for two years also and broke up last August.

I don't have any answers for you because I'm still struggling too, but I just wanted to...

Coping

My boyfriend of two years and I broke up about 8 months ago, and it's been pretty tough on me, to say the least.

I cut off communication with him in November but opened it again about a month ago....

It has been 2 months since my boyfriend of 2 years broke up with me and I am still a mess. The time is helping, but I still feel pathetic. No guys around me measure up to him in any aspect--looks,...

UGHH file question

I am trying to put a quicktime movie file in a dropbox on dropbox.com, but everytime I put the file in the dropbox, it opens as a text-edit file rather than a quicktime one. On my computer, it opens...

Toughest night of my life

My boyfriend of 2 years and I broke up because we were going to college 3,000 miles apart and figured that staying together just wouldn't be smart.

It was a lot harder on him than me in the...

Re: Would this bother you?

Speaking honestly, it would bother me. I know it doesn't make any sense logically, but emotionally if he wanted to spend time with a woman, I would want it to be me. But it's different for everybody...

Re: Is this cheating?

I would consider that cheating. There's no need for that behavior, or for him to have that picture. It sounds to me like you deserve better

I feel like an old lady.

I've been having a really tough time recently. I'm graduating high school in 2 days and I feel like I've basically fallen out with the friend group that I had throughout those years.

I'm so tired...

Re: Your first kiss?

Mine was fun. I was about to turn seventeen and my boyfriend of 20 minutes leaned in and kissed me in his car when it was pouring rain outside and we were parked. We had been talking for about 2...

itunes songs "not in right format" to transfer to iphone

Tagline says it all. Iphone 4, but about 75 itunes songs won't transfer because they "aren't in the right format." I didn't illegally download them. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

I was agreeing with you that a man is more visually stimulated--that's why I said that I understand why porn companies tend to cater to men. The problem...

Re: Dream Act

I think it's a great idea. It's nice to see something happening with immigration that differs from the racial profiling case in Arizona.

Re: Does porn degrade women?

No, I am not saying that being passive is degrading, but rather being viewed as a passive participant- as all the focus is on the male. The majority of porn does this. It has nothing to do with what...

Re: Does porn degrade women?

That seems a bit hypocritical to me. Degrade- to lower to low self-esteem or disrepute. (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/degrading?show=0&t=1291812122...

Re: Why do parents disapprove of porn?

Absolutely not! Reading back over what I typed, I understand how you interpreted what I said, but that is not at all what I meant. I am very for the open honest discussion of sex, and its many...

Re: Does porn degrade women?

I myself am actually a large deconstructionist. I believe that all of our sexual feelings (in their natural state) are purely biological. That being said, men certainly want to "spread their seed."...

Hah, no worries, every woman has one. I'm not sure how much detail I can go into on here, so all I'm going to suggest is that you google search it. Wikipedia is a beautiful thing (:

Re: Why do parents disapprove of porn?

No, but I am saying that I understand why parents disapprove. Why would you approve of anything that could potentially distort your child's view of a beautiful act, like sex? I would not parentally...

Does porn degrade women?

I've read a lot of articles about this recently, most of which say that porn does not, in fact, degrade women. However, my thoughts are very different.

Porn rarely shows men doing things to...
