Okay, he thinks that it is rheumatoid arthritis. Apparently he said a simple blood test can figure that out and I should have my results tomorrow or Friday. If it is, then that would explain a lot....

My doctor put me on a new pill that is supposed to stop nightmares and it's working :) I guess I just needed to talk to my doctor. It's a blood pressure pill but it's also prescribed for PTSD...

I have a weighted blanket that I bought from Ollie's bargain outlet. I would not recommend a cheap one if you are wanting to go that route, as it's a piece of poop. Lol. I spent about 30 USD on it...
