could we have that when people are in S&A rooms and someone is trying to help them that whilst getting help they answer the person or the people that are trying to help them as recently i've found that people tend to start talking and then mid being helped they stop and dont answer or that if they do need to go somewhere they put ' brb' or be back in a min or something like that as it gets quite annoying when your trying to help someone and then they just stop answering you. could we have a rule that if your in S&A and someone is helping you , you answer them or if your going somewhere say 'be back in a minuet' or ' brb' or something along thoose lines, as it just seems to me like when people are getting help and they just dont answer it puts the whole S&A room to a standstill could we have some sort of rule saying / stating that if you are in S&A and are recieving help you answer the person /people who are trying to help you or tell them before you stop answering 'be back in a minuet' or 'brb' or 'be back soon' as a rule ?

Unfortunately, we can't force people to ask for advice in a certain way - and punishing people who are struggling isn't really going to help them. If somebody stops talking for a while, then just move on to helping someone else.
