Right, Well at the moment there is a post count, but places like chit chat etc. don't count towards it, which im guessing means that you can only truly get a post count by giving advice. In turn, i believe this means that a post count reflects (ish) on how much advice etc. you have given.

I don't know about anybody else, but there are people in the S&A Chatroom who spend their evenings giving 'live' support and advice to people.

My suggestion is this, underneath the 'post count' bit on the forum, there should be an 'S&A count' or something displaying the number of minutes / hours that you have spent in the S&A room.

I know you could say that people will get a high amount of time even though they might just always be asking for help, but that is true with the post count too.

Although I agree that this is much-needed, our features are limited by what our Chat Room provider supports, so at the current time we have no way of implementing such a counter.
