Hey, i've only just got back to your thread about having a friend, but it's closed now so i thought i'd reply this way. Anyways, to the point haha...

I think it would be good for you to go on medication to try and take some control of your anxiety. Sure, this won't cure anything but it will help you along your way. As for talking too much, maybe you should speak to your counsellor a little about this. It's going to be hard to start this conversation but it's one that perhaps you need to do?

Obviously, i can't help in terms of your cat. I can't stop your mum taking her away. But i can suggest that you spend as much time as possible with her and take photos. I just hope this isn't too late :/

You should spend some time on yourself. By reading your post, this is going to be incredibly hard. But it may be possible if you book something in advance (in terms of your dads schedule to make sure you get the time) If only an hour, you can go out and walk or sit on a bench somewhere? You deserve some time to yourself after basically running your parents' lives for them

    Hope you're doing okay.
