Hehe, well, I got my feedback from various people in the audience. Half present though some points were great, the other half thought those same points were terrible. Though one everyone agreed on me needing improvement on was apparantly my voice is really quiet >.>. I didn't even notice .
Also, new snake on Friday! . *happy dance*.

Ahh, sorry if I sounded like I was laughing at you there . I just noticed my tone was a wee bit ambigous, friendly teasing, I assure you.
Thing is, I can totally understand what you mean though, it makes everything alot more complicated, and you can't really be arsed thinking about it.
I guess it's just an issue of if he actually makes any moves, just tell him unambigiously that you don't feel that way about him.

Hehe, the glamour thing I actually kinda stole from an RP called Changeling the Dreaming ^^;
Erm, probably the 1-2 hours it took me to actually write the thing, though most of that was actually focussing on the technical aspects, since I'm not a programmer and that stuff confuses me more than it should >.>

And I guess I didn't have much of an opportunity to go into the backstory in that assignment, especially since it was rushed ^^;. I got an A for it, almost a top teir A, but the grammatical mistakes killed that for me -_-;;

Basically, the main character is from nowadays contemporary London. Fairly normal and stuff, just she's into gymnastics and stuff. That's just to explain the acrobatics she performs in-game in order to evil faerie ass. >.>

There's like, an alternate world of the Fae, where there are various courts of Fae Nobles who rule over their subjects and want to conquer the human world and make slaves or dinner out of us all.

And then, they start to merge the two worlds. Unenchanted people don't even notice this happening, so everyones screwed, just the Fae at the start gave her some glamour, which is the base energy of fae magic.
This was actually one of the noble fae, who posesses the Emotion power, and does that to make Amber fall in love with him, and she doesn't notice the obvious fae features, such as the pointy ears and the pitch black orbs for eyes or the needle-sharp teeth, or the fingers with too-many-joints. To her, he just appears human.
He was planning on using her and giving her those blades made of cold iron (that's iron that's just beaten rather than smelted or forged) which are just about the only thing that can kill fae. In manipulating her into killing his enemies, he would have sole rule over the conquered human domain.
Just in killing the other fae, being thrust into this cold, cruel world, Amber starts to hear that she may be being played all along, and eventually when she's absorbed the glamour of many fae, breaks the spell and fights him, and proceeds to save the world. .

I also thought to include a bit where she goes back to school, in trying to go back to having a normal life, and because of that, the fae follow her, and her school friends almost get slaughtered without realising it, and she has to fight them off.

That's the gist of it, but it would be quite story driven, so I get to go nuts with the storyline ^_^.
