Im getting ready for bed now actually Cant sleep but nothing but melatonin cant fix lol. Thank you for the support. I really hoped someone would care and be there. I dont get that often so I appreciate it a lot!

Aw thank you! I just remembered that back on Halloween, the volunteers were told that this was the last farming event of the season/year and the next time would be in March and I remember thinking that's a long while away. But now it's actually coming up real soon so yay!
My therapist is good and I actually will still see her for monthly notes at the program I am part of. The thing is that she is not a trauma specialist and that's what my needs are right now.
The clinic was hesitating to take me but then I found out I got in and I am having my third session tomorrow with my new therapist. She says we will take things slow which is refreshing from other therapists I've had in the past. Well I worked so hard to get a trauma specialist. My worker who usually helps me get services and referrals, she is new and I know that my old one was a lot better and he probably would've referred me to a trauma therapist. But this new case worker i have, she was literally like "You don't need a trauma therapist specifically. Any therapist would be good for you" and I got upset. She is generally inattentive, cuts me off and rushes things through. She is also annoying because when we work together she keeps doubting my intelligence. Like she would keep asking me basic questions like are you sure you wrote your email address correct (my email address is my last name then a dot and then my first name and I would have said something if my email address with mistyped. I was right next to her. My old case worker would not underestimate my intelligence like that. I happen to be very sensitive about certain things but I happen to pick up on when a health professional, mental health or physical health is treating me as if I am slow or unreliable.
I asked her if I can share good news with her and she said yes so I told her how I lost my wallet and then it was returned to me and she was just very emotionally unavailable. I was hoping that she would be happy for me and instead she asked me technical questions and then got distracted and left the topic hanging. When she does try to be supportive it usually lasts a few minutes of fakeness and "ohhhh how niceeeeeeeee!!!!!!" and then she moves on fast from that role.
When we went down to the government office, she was also emotionally unavailable. She kept complaining and saying how she has a meeting to go to soon. I was feeling stressed already but her coming was draining. Not as much as my older sister who is terrible at being supportive. I don't know why, maybe I am a difficult person to work with.
    How was your break?
Anything change in your mood for expressive work?
How are things going these days?

I'm glad you we're able to have free time, sorry about school. I hope you will be okay. I wish you the best with your job. I'm ok, have school and helping teach dance to the little kids. It's fun. Have a good day. Hugs.
