I know that feeling. It's pretty awful. What helps me is to talk with God, 'cause He's always there. There's movies and books to distract yourself with, just until you find someone to talk to. But, ehh, they're distractions; I'm serious about talking to God. He's there. You may not feel Him but He is there.
I hope you feel un-lonely. That really is an awful feeling.
