Personally, when I'm going through a hard time and need someone the most, it's always hardest to ask someone for help (whether that's to talk to, go out, sit with me, what ever). But, you clearly have people around you who love you and care about you and I know that it might be really hard for you when you're in that moment to say, I need you, but don't be afraid to turn to these people. If they aren't there when you need the, text them ring them, skype them, what ever. Just have some contact with them and allow them to support you through the moment you're in. They stick around you and spend time with you like they do because they love you, because they want to be with you, so when they aren't there, they aren't going to mind you contacting them, you know?
