I struggled with my weight when I was in 8th grade - and eventually was so determined I highered a physical trainer, and had many workout buddies. After a summer of working out, I reached my goal, and was extremely satisfied with where I was at then. My whole life change - even my attitude, and especially my confidence and self esteem level.
