I relapsed today, and this time it was really bad.
Today was my 13 day self harm free and I broke it. I just don't know if trying not to cut is worth it since every 3 or 4 Weeks I get so weak I have to cut out something always happens that just pushes me over the edge.
I'm such a useless waste of space it's disgusting.
Why should I stop cutting, no one cares!
Sorry it turned into a rant but I just can't see the point anymore.
