I strongly advise you to talk to a friend or family member if you feel you have a bad relationship with food. They can offer you support and I'm sure will be understanding and willing to help. We cannot diagnose you with an eating disorder, but if it turns out you do have one, then you're going to need help getting over it. If you keep it a secret from everyone, it's going to be a lot harder to get healthy on your own. As I'm sure you've heard, the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem.
Other ways to seek help would be to see your doctor or speak to a counselor, such as one at your school.
